Welcome to Apartment Antonija - Antonija Vukoja ("we", "us"), your ideal vacation spot. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
When booking a stay at Apartment Antonija, a deposit of 20% of the total booking price is required. This deposit must be paid by bank transfer within 7 days of the reservation request. Payment is considered confirmation of your booking and is subject to our cancellation policy.
Please state your full name and the date of your stay as the reason for payment to ensure that your payment is allocated quickly.
Cancellations must be made in writing and will be handled according to the following conditions:
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen events.
Check-in is possible from 15:00 on the day of arrival. Check-out must take place no later than 10:00 am on the day of departure. Please inform us in advance if you wish to arrive or depart outside these times.
Children of all ages are welcome.
Please contact us in advance if you wish to bring pets. Additional conditions or charges may apply for pets.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all our units. This also includes all communal areas. In the event of non-compliance, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee.
Guests undertake to treat the accommodation and all facilities with care. Any damage or defects must be reported immediately. The accommodation may only be used by the persons specified in the booking, unless prior written consent is given by us.
We accept no liability for loss, theft or damage to guests' property during their stay. We are also not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur on the premises of our accommodation.
We reserve the right to make any necessary changes to the booking conditions or to the facilities of the accommodation. In the unlikely event that changes have a significant impact on your stay, you will be informed immediately.
Final cleaning is included in the price. However, we ask our guests to leave the accommodation in a tidy condition. Additional cleaning fees may be charged if the accommodation is left in an unsuitable condition.
Guests are obliged to immediately report any damage to the accommodation or inventory during their stay. Guests may be held liable for any damage caused by guests or their companions.
The safety of our guests is important to us. Please familiarize yourself with the safety precautions and escape routes of the accommodation on arrival. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
All personal data collected as part of the booking or during your stay will be treated in accordance with our privacy policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your data will not be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary for the processing of your booking or for legal reasons.
Additional services that are not included in the booking price (such as additional cleaning, rental of baby equipment, etc.) can be provided on request and for an additional fee. Please contact us before your arrival to check availability and prices.
These General Terms and Conditions and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by the law of the country in which the accommodation is located. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of that country shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or their formation.
